Hey guys, I noticed that my stabilizer keeps making clicking noises when playing certain games. It doesn't happen all the time, but usually when there's a lot of effects on the screen, it starts clicking like crazy.

My screen turns on and it just gets stuck in the initial screen, but no beeps and I can't access the bios either. Already tested both ram memories and CPU.
