No, I cannot access the BIOS. Realistically, I should be able to access BIOS with only RAM, CPU, CPU cooler, mobo, and PSU, but I cannot. If I add RAM to my benchtest, it loops. The question is, if it is actually a RAM problem, why didn’t my other stick of RAM from a friend work?
