go to low resolution mode (vga mode), by repeatedly pressing F8 at the startup, after desktop displays, go to : (1) device manager>disable the video card & then restart the PC... (2) TRY adjusting lower resolution at vga mode , then restart.... (3) OR it can be due to wrong vga driver...

just uninstall your graphic card driver & then reinstall it..!! then check out if the problem is SOLVED!!!
