The bandwidth on 4K 60Hz (3840x2160 or 4096x2160 @60) is lower than bandwidth required for 3840x2560@ 60Hz. So are you sure DP with 4K 60 Hz would work?

Exact monitor or CPU does not exist together 😊 I am using the panel for digital signage application. Panel screen is same as the 28” monitor by BenQ model number RD28OU and for CPU I am considering MediaTek’s SoC MT9681 or MT9618/MT9689

We have HDMI2.1 and DP1.4. Even with this, my question is more around whether CPU with 3840x2160@120 Hz can light up/support display with 3840x2560@60 Hz. What do we need to update and check in CPU’s parameters whether we can make these conversion or update the resolution?
