    GTA 5 low fps problerm - need solution

    I have dell inspiron laptop with i3 processor intel hd 4000 graphic card, 4 gb ram, 500 gb hard disk, windows 10 os but the problerm is that when i run gta 5 it lags and stutters and i get low fps like 20 fps it even lags in low fps mod any solution?
