    You can use Cyberghost/Hotspot Shield for free. Both are ad supported and might be annoying for some. Though Cyberghost does have a time limit of 3 hours.

    You can run at least on High or Ultra with 60 FPS at 1080P since the Ultra requirements for the game is a GTX 670. You won't experience much of a drop in FPS is you're using ShadowPlay.
