So the country I live in has insane prices on computer parts. GTX 960 price is around 220$~250$ while the GTX 970(for some fucking reason) is priced around 420$~460$ twice the price of the GTX 970. I know the 970 is much more powerful than the 960, but is it worth paying 200 more than the 960...

I heard that using cooling pads only drop around 2-3 degrees. Is it still helpful?

CPU temps are around 83C, max is around 99C, while GPU temps are also around 83C and max is around 90C
