So I swapped the aio liquid cpu cooler out, and installed the stock amd cooler, and it fixed the throttling as well as the temperature, but it still is randomly shutting down?

I haven't flashed/updated the bios but it says the version is f2 which when I look it up, it says it's compatible with the cpu. Would it be better to use the latest bios update or can they make the cpu no longer work

I have a 256gb 2.5" ssd as well as a 512gb nvme m.2 ssd

On my second computer, I don't have any operating system installed currently. I have tried using a USB to install it onto one of two drives currently in the pc, but the system constantly reboots before it can load the windows setup

Would it be worth trying to install windows on another drive plugged into my main pc, then swapping it over to the second to test? The 2nd computer has no issues detecting drives or anything, it just restarts after closing the bios

I don't have a DVD, or even a DVD drive for the computer to be able to install windows through it. I know the USB drive isn't an issue though because I can plug it into my main computer and it operates exactly as it should. It simply doesn't load on my secondary computer for some reason

Sorry, I forgot to add that I have also tried using a USB to install windows 10 as well, but still had the same issue. Also I've been able to install windows 11 on other devices bypassing the tpm requirement, so I don't believe that it's an incompatibility issue.
