Thank you very much mate. flipkart is way overpriced here and i am going to buy stuff from local store. I will have a look at GPU side too. if i am getting GTX650 in my budget then it would be my first choice. I will mostly pay some older games first as i have huge backlog of games since 2011...

Get non k I5 3470 as I guess your Mobo Will not be overcloclk friendly and If you want to overclock then you might need New Mobo too.
