Hi, just quick question, looking to get a new monitor, debating the Philips 40" 4k or Acer predator 2k 144Hz. Question is pixel density. Mate reckons 40" @ 4k will look no different to a 27" 1440p monitor in graphical quality because of it size. Is this true? 40" would be sweet for gaming but...

Thanks for the replies. Am still using a P67 B3 Motherboard, a cheap air cooler and 6GB RAM. My current OC is 4.2Ghz. Should i consider upgrading to a Z77 board and water cooler and maybe 8Gb RAM?
