Those HDDs are working normally, so should I let them be and leave them as Dynamic?

Put your OS and software on the SSD and if there's wnough room left, put your favorite games there as well. Put your less used files on the HDD.

You can clone your OS onto the desired drive.

I believe this is the reason why my temperatures are so high with this GPU. Why is the fan/cooler set to one side of the heatsink insted of directly above it?

I'm running my GTX 460 at about 640Mhz clock and 1350Mhz Memory clock and the voltage is down to about 860mV. Still the temperature without any use is about 43ºC and with full use it goes up to 83ºC easily. The fan is at Max RPM. I've already changed the thermal paste with Silver Arctic 5...
