so if my dell laptop have output thunderbolt 2 video cable it mean i can use the HP laptop as an second mornitor right ??

in my case i have an Dell G7 17 7700 and HP 15-notebook my dell laptop have an thunderbolt 2 and my HP laptop have an HDMI and i know that the HDMI in the HP laptop don't have input it is an output but when i looking for one Thunderbolt 2 to HDMI this is a link...

RTX 2070 i7 gen 10 but still get fps drop and when enter the game CPU temperature hight exit the game temperature Low really quickly like instand.

i just wonder what is the MOST COMMOND AND RARELY reasons of droping FPS and are there any way to fix it. ( it can be include laptop with decktop just don't fogot to put laptop and decktop below. ( for we to know ) Thx you very much.

i got the answer now it is nomal

i got a DELL G7 17 7700 2020 version when i turn on the BIOS i look at the overview and saw it said maximum clock speed is 2.60GHz and saw current clock speed is 4.20GHz is that nomal for DELL brand or it unnomal ( one thing too my laptop cannot play dying light on the lowest setting with 60FPS...

nope cap the FPS not work i so sad i mean my laptop is not that bad right but i still blind by just getting FPS drop i'm very sad :( ( buy a bunch of game then when have a gaming laptop not even run smooth on the lowest setting with 60 FPS cap. that make me very sad)
