Is there a way for example to check how much is software (Firefox, Games, Steam, Torrent) using bandwith out of my 500kb/s? I've gotten as far windows resource monitor which gives me bunch of addresses but i'm not quite suire what I am seeing. Thank you.

EDIT: SOLVED! Literally 10 seconds after posting this, I got an pop up for a new windows update. Updated it reluctantly and suddenly everything works. God i fkn hate Windows.
