I just built my pc but I have some frame rate problems with it on some games. I'm getting 55-60 fps in Witcher 3 when maxed out, and 100fps in BF4 again in maxed out. But I dont have any problems with the Rise of the Tomb Raider. So what may be the problem ? People are getting 150-160 fps in BF4...

So I have an Haswell system right now with an i5-4440. I'll build a PC in June and i will go with the Ryzen 7 1700. I already have Win10 installed on my current SSD(dont have a key, Windows' upgrade). What should I do to run Win10 again in my AMD System ?
