I sorted this out by myself. Newest NVIDIA drivers (26.21.14.4614) were causing all the problems. I downgraded to drivers from Gigabyte website (GPU vendor), version 431.36 (26.21.14.3200), and no crashes occur anymore.

Update: I upgraded PSU to SEASONIC Focus Plus SSR-850FX 850W and the problems persist...
