it's not like that , temps are under control when it starts but the main problem is is doesn't start after shutting it down .. I have to wait hours to start it again

I have a GPU installed r7 250 and the pay i tried was of intex , I don't know the model. I don't think it is a psu problem as it starts fine and runs perfectly for some hours and turns off and then doesn't turn on.
