So my I7-4770K is 3,5 GHZ , There is a description saying i have 3,9 GHZ Turbo Cloack Frequancy. Does this turbo cloack frequancy thing apply automaticly when i need that much of power? without doing any OC/Profile change or whatever because even if u would say its a OC Speed typical i7-4770K's...
