Redownloaded the mod and edited the shortcut and it still only launches the base game. I'll try to find this mod launcher but other than that I'm not sure why it's not working.

Actually there is a slight difference although I don't know if it changes anything... he uses Windows 8 and I use Windows 7 so in his picture it shows: Local Disk ( C: ) Mine shows: OS ( C: ) Does that matter?

I am in the exact same situation as justanoob. I have the steam game and it is in the exact same place. The screenshot justanoob posted is the same for me except the only difference is when he clicks the shortcut he got an error message. When I clicked the shortcut I open the base game.
