I am trying to start a new playthrough of The Witcher in prep for The Witcher 3. Every time i launch the game it goes to a black screen, flashes a hand mouse cursor then just stays on the black screen forever. I previously played on windows 7 but am now on windows 8.1 desktop. My rig is overkill...
