    Thinking of buying a 1060 but not sure about psu

    I am thinking of buying a 1060 6gb and have made one on pc specialist andhere are the specs, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sb73w6 and it says it will only use about 250w and im not sure about that, also if you can tell me what other things i can upgrade as well that would be fit for the 1060 :D

    if i have a 144hz monitor and a nvidia gpu will i only get 60fps?
