Well with a lot of trying and tweaking it seems to work for now, i can't provide a "solution" though..

Further information: In FurMark GPU stresstest software it shows me GPU 1 as the integrated Intel card and GPU 2-4 as "not available". *But* if I open GPU-Z it shows me all details like temperature etc about my AMD dedicated card.. how comes that oO I'm really not getting any smarter on that...

Thanks for the answer but it didn't help. That was exactly the driver i had installed. I tried to remove everything and reinstall it but it didnt bring a change. I still can't access the card. Is there any program, cmd command or something else where i could check if the card is actually working...
