I stress tested using Aida64 for 30 min. And the temp didn't go higher than 80C and there wasn't any thermal throttling.

Hi, I was wondering if I should turn on MSI CPU game boost. Is it safe? It says it will apply a turbo ratio offset and change the turbo ratio offset value to +1 from auto. It will also up my CPU core voltage to 1.350V from 1.048V. I am using a MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk and an i7 10700k.

I got it to work. I put in my friend's 3070 FE to get my monitor to display, reformatted my drive, changed to UEFI and now its working with resizeable bar on.

Resetting the BIOS as in clearing the CMOS? I did that and still nothing.
