So, the problem was the cpu. It's solved now.

I did memtest for the rams and both are %100 okay. Is there a way to test cpu and psu while on bios? I want to know which hardware is faulty so I can change it. I tried to use ultimatebootcd from a usb to stress test cpu but it freezes when I boot into the usb like windows usb.

Tried it before, still the same.
