I own a copy of the game Forza Horizon 3 in disc format on Xbox One. I recently built a PC, and wanted to play FH3 on that, as I sold the Xbox, but kept my game discs. I was wondering if my game data would transfer from the Xbox to the PC. I realize that I would have to buy the game again on PC...
