SOLVED . the problem was the CPU :( . I have put a new CPU 3200G and now work. AMD confirm that APU is burned and i have open a RMA.

UPDATE I Have change Motherboard B450M Pro M2 Max same BSOD (VIDEO TDR Failure). i have open a Ticket RMA with AMD about CPU now.
