If the card is new in the box and unwrapped... but check and make sure that you do not get hit with a restocking fee... that would negate any savings you are trying to leverage...

Not from Gigabyte, from NVidia... that is a GeForce GTX 970 from NVidia Now... should I even attempt to upgrade to Windows 10 again... hummm...

Well.... it was the GPU... sob! A year old and in the best environment possible... I mean... this thing is hooked up to a 1500 APC Smart-UPS, well ventilated large/huge case with 5 fans... Did Windows 10 with the NVidia driver could have damaged the card? Is it possible that a software bug...
