    32GB is an obvious overkill, most games can be run on a standard 8GB DDR4 RAM. A 16 GB RAM is more than enough for your system.

    cpu at 100% when nothings on is a pretty old bug in windows, apart from that let your pc cool off, place it in a cool place, probably in an air conditioned room
