The game doesn't matter at all , even in csgo 10 year old game i barely hit 120/150fps in deathmatch... I checked everything even the energy saving mode i can't find the problem...

Hi i have a Ryzen 7 2700x and a RTX 2060 Super 8GB ,16gb of ram , 600w power supply , in my opinion there is no bottleneck at all , but i have a big problem... IN ALL GAMES when i lower the graphic setting insted of getting higher fps , my gpu usage lowers , so the fps remains the same. I don't...
