No it's not open. A list of programs shows to open it. I've used notepad but that comes all messed up with text. I bought the gigabyte radeon rx 460 windforce oc 2gb and the back of box has a minimum intel core i7 3.2ghz cpu. Unfortunately I have asus p7p55 lx 860 @ 2.8ghz. example shadow warrior on ultra settings runs well so the card is running but is it being misused? will i have problems here?
