Okay so I opened up the case. I have a pci express 16, so that's compatible. Where I am confused is, where is the drive cage? Here is a pic of my pc http://i.imgur.com/vdxxsWu.jpg

But saying it was 9 inches, that card would be too big? I'm sorry but I'm not tech savvy
