I have a similar issue with my 16GB kit from gskill. With x570 taichi board, I load the XMP for 3600 MHz, and the system reboots, and the memory comes up running at 2133 MHz. I can use most of the XMP settings, but I have to drop the speed down to 3200 MHz. I emailed Gskill, but no answer yet...
