I'd like a distro that i can login as root (not ubuntu and it's derivatives (mint, elementary os, etc) that has nvidia drives preinstalled (not debian, mint LMDE3, etc) and that i can actually install it (not kali, manjaro etc). Is that too much to ask ?

It's very normal to throttle on 80-90 degrees if that's your CPU socket temp and not your CPU core temp. To see the CPU core temp while playing i'd recommend MSI afterburner. If i was you i'd open the laptop and see if the CPU cooler is still properly stuck on the CPU....
