I bought an asus essentio 1730-03 if i switch the motherboard to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157280 would i run into problems with the windows 7 licence that came with the computer?

in my asus essentio cm1730-03 under the product page it lets me download a bios up to 601 then when i look up the actual board i get to 801 what would happen if i flashed to that?
