I ended up swapping the PCB's without any fiddling with ROM or Main Controller IC's and it ended up working out! I should have tried it sooner but I didn't realize how simple it was to swap the PCB. Thanks!

I was assembling my computer the other day and I used a SATA power cable from my old PSU with a new one, and it ended up burning the SATA connector on one of my HDDs. My motherboard no longer recognizes the drive, and I don't think it's receiving power. I tested what I believe is the TVS diode...
