Question i5-4670k on LGA 1150 motherboard. Which graphics card for streaming?

Thank you. Just out of interest, what difference would 8GB of RAM make to streaming, given that the graphics card would be doing the encoding? Also, you say "it's worth upgrading"... What graphics card would you propose for streaming 1080p60?

Question i5-4670k on LGA 1150 motherboard. Which graphics card for streaming?

Hi all, Apologies if this has been asked before. I did search, but maybe my request is too specific ! I have an "old" i5-4670k running with a GEForce 660 Ti graphics card and 8GB of RAM. I very much want to stream my PS4 games via the Elgato HD60. The Elgato software do an ok job, but it isn't...

Question Cannot boot from cloned SSD

Legendary stuff. Thank you. I did try removing the C: and replace the SATA connections. No luck. I am sure there is something missing from the clone.

Question Cannot boot from cloned SSD

That's the thing though. There's a "Clone Disk" option in Macrium. I'm wondering if it's because I didn't set the "Active" partition. I'm not even sure what that means !!!

Question Cannot boot from cloned SSD

Thank you. I did try that actually. No dice. It simply wouldn't boot at all. There is something I haven't done to the SSD for sure. I'm going to follow the advice given by Justin. But I'm still a bit confused. It says to run the following commands: bootrec /FixMbr bootrec /FixBoot bootrec...

Question Cannot boot from cloned SSD

Hi, thanks for responding. Two drives in at the moment. The "old" C: and the SSD. I can see the old drive as a bootable option in the BIOS. The BIOS does show the SSD, but not as bootable.

Question Cannot boot from cloned SSD

Hi all, Firstly, apologies if this is already solved somewhere here. I promise I've looked, but can't seem to find the answer. So I cloned all of the partitions from my Windows 10 C: to a new S: (using Macrium Reflect). The SSD was smaller, so I backed up Videos, Downloads, Photos etc. The...
