I have read that you can use this command: copy E:\win98\*.* C:\win98 \s >While this copied the files (CAB files needed to install the OS), I am not able to do the install from the C Drive. I had to leave off the /s because it said this was an invalid switch. Any Ideas?

Can someone tell me how I copy the files from the OS CD (Windows 98SE) onto a new formatted hard drive so the OS can install from these files instead of using the CD?

No, the power supply is new and I have replaced it with another new one just to be safe. Like I said, this is a strange one. Still working on it though...... Thanks for all of the comments/help!

No, the board is not grounding out, i triple checked. The board is also set to be jumperless as well and the BIOS auto detects the cpu. As for overheating, the cpu fan turns maybe two complete rotations before it stops. It is not even getting to post yet. I'm stumped!!!!
