Some programs can't connect to internet

I have had problems like this with certain games - ie I would be playing a game called "Fiesta" and then certain programs wouldn't be able to run that needed internet access.. Anyway if anything like that is occuring with you I would check with the publisher.

How to acces local server using external ip

I don't think anyone understands what you're asking.

Any way to designate a certain network card for a certain program? OR.

No... There are routers which you can buy that will sorta "Merge" two internet connections. The 'problem' is that a single connection from your computer to another can happen across only one connection at a time. So if you're downloading a large file, for example, it will download at the...

Cannot see two (2) newly added CPU's in Workgroup

I would try pinging those newly added computers, if that doesn't work I would check the ports/connections to the actual computers. Also is there anything that would be preventing them from connecting from the workgroup? ie a specific firewall? Maybe the switch? I have had trouble adding new...

    Windows Firewall

Windows Firewall? To be frank I would insist you get a different firewall altogether.... In my experience having no firewall is just as good as having Windows Firewall.

    Small Office Server

I would say you'd only need 1 server. I have a SQL database, fileserver, & domain controller all on one server with 70-75 nodes.

    Cant connect using remote desktop!

If you've disabled the firewall then that shouldn't be a problem. What error/problem are you actually running into?

No gigabit connection over a cat6 cable. RMA it or is it me?

Based on the above the only problem I could come up with is if your network cards were 10/100 mbps. Since you don't give specifics on those I would only assume.

    Networking

You mean distortion? If I were you I would ensure I had good routers as well as cat-5 cables. (Cisco is of course my favorite.)

    Client Side Cache (C:\Windows\CSC)

I'm running a windows server 2003 and I have several computers running windows XP. I've noticed 2-4 computers that have been running out of disk space very rapidly and found that it was the C:\Windows\CSC dir. that was the culprit. Additionally I found that those are offline files, essentially...
