Pull the CMOS battery, it should reset the BIOS to default settings. You may have to consult the user manual to pull CMOS, or there's always good videos on YouTube.

I have the exact same problem going on right now. I can access the BIOS if I use the integrated graphics but when using the GPU and I try to access the BIOS I get no signal to the monitor.
