    Your score with the R9 380 seems way off. I just tested my MSI R9 380 Gaming 4G model that I have clocked at 1120 MHz and it got a fidelity score of 5.1.

    I'm so confused now. Fallout 4 won't go past the 38 FPS, even at the lowest resolution and graphics settings. I don't have the frame rate limiter on so I'm just stumped.

    Found something out. I turned off power efficiency and now Skyrim runs just fine but Fallout 4 refuses to go past exactly 38 FPS. Main menu: 38 FPS, loading screens: 38 FPS, in-game: 38 FPS.

    My recommendation would be a GTX 970. It will play all current games at 1080p no problem, and given your budget it's the best you can get in that price range. Or if you want, you could get a R9 380 and spend the other $100 to get a FX-8300 processor, it's considerably newer and much better than...
