Update, after restating my computer it brings me to a recovery screen asking me whether I wasn't to see advanced options or restart my pc

So I replaced the ssd, got windows on it all well and fine, stepped out to go eat dinner quick, I come back to blank screen, I restart and the computer is doing exactly what it did last time, but this time it is not saying windows needs repairs, any ideas?

I don't feel as if I should reinstall it on the ssd, I would rather install it on my HDD for now and make that my boot device, until I decide to replace this ssd And how should I go about doing this on my HDD, it does have files on it, non that are important, mainly just video games.
