As it turns out, it was a RAM card that was just a millimeter away from the bottom of the slot. I've reapplied the Paste and double-checked all connections just to be sure, and it's working just fine now. Thank you again!

Alright, so I've made the upgrade and the only hiccup was how difficult it was to slide the RAM into place. There were no issues with the upgrade itself, though. Thank you all again!

Its my first time dealing with a Motherboard swap, and after placing a new CPU, RAM card and MoBo, the PC will turn on for 5-10 seconds, then turns off, then on again; repeatedly. The Monitor cannot get a signal at all during this, and I'm not sure what's at fault.
