UPDATE: Today my 4-pin to 8-pin adapter was arrived, connected, but it wont ONLY START WITH A PAPERCLIP in de 24pins connector. (black and green wire) and i have screen! but i think that the f-panel connector on the board is broken or dead ??

hi there, My motherboard wont power on. It is a Asus P5Q Pro motherboard. Link When i want turn on my board, cpu fan dont spin, but the PSU light on the board lights is on. I have also plugged a (ventilator with only usb) plugged in on the back off the board and the ventilator goes on:ouch...

Can anyone help me? I dont have any solution found :(
