Hi Everyone, i Found an Effective Solution by myself. The problem could be the RAM [Effective Fix] Turn ON the PC. (make sure the RAM is installed). Then while the Computer is Running, remove the RAM and Put it Back. (if this still doesn't work, put into the another slot) <<Self promotion...
