That CPU will be fine. I encode 1080p60 video in real time whilst gaming on it. Can struggle a bit sometimes, but as that will only be tasked with the encoding, it will suit it well.

For just audio you could use VB-AUDIOs Voicemeeter and VBAN. Otherwise, best advice I could give is just follow TechyInAZ.

I would go for whichever is cheapest, assuming there are no features that stand out from the rest that you need, e.g. 3 way SLI.

IF it actually runs at 4.5Ghz, then it will outperform the i7 3770 assuming all other variables are kept at a constant.
