PSU: Zalman ZM700-TXII MegaMax 700W cpu/gpu temp avg is 65-70

I have a PC running a 3070 and im getting a poor 100 FPS. I already try to lower the settings and everything and nothing really changed, the game still feel laggy and runs badly. Is there anyone who knows what can i do to improve that? CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070...
