Hi there ! I have an Asus laptop (3 years old) but I still think this question is relevant to any windows 7 system. Win 7 64 bit, basically when I adjust the volume slider under the "levels" tab in speaker properties, the speaker balance adjusts as well ! I use external speakers but it happens...
