    [SOLVED] Antenna position

So, I bought a wifi repeater to put it in my garage, that's under my router, so how should I position the repeater's antennas to get the best performance? I thought about putting them horizontally because the router is literally above me.

[SOLVED] Router acting as a repeater.

Alright, in client mode the router is only available with ethernet ports, right? Could I connect the router in client mode to an AP to have a wireless connection?

[SOLVED] Router acting as a repeater.

Yes, a separate AP, two different networks. The main AP will just see one client, the second AP.

[SOLVED] Router acting as a repeater.

So, I have one router in my house that is the main AP, I want another router as a repeater in my garage, but I don't want them to "communicate" with each other, I mean, if my printer is connected to the AP, I don't want to see it if I'm connected with my phone to the second router in my garage...

    Question Wi-fi repeater

Since Wi-Fi repeaters create a "new" _EXT network, can the devices see eachother through the two networks? Example: If I have a printer connected to my network, and the PC connected to the _EXT network, can the PC see the printer?

    Question MSI smart fan mode

    So, I just found this "smart fan mode" in the BIOS, since default speeds weren't so good, I changed them. CPU 1: 20°C/68°F 30% 50°C/122°F 50% 65°C/149°F 70% 80°C/176°F 100% System fans: 30°C/86°F 7.20V 48°C/118°F 9.00V 60°C/140°F 10.32V 80°C/176°F 11.16V Is this good?

    Question RAM Recommendations

You can get more performance by getting 8x4 modules, even if you don't have quad channel, there are some benchmarks on youtube. Crucial and Corsair are good brands.

[SOLVED] 8gb or 16gb RAM for laptop?

Dual channel matters a lot, as Endre said before, you could buy one module now and another one in the future, remember that the module should have the same frequency, otherwise the PC will run both of them at the lowest available frequency. Example: you have a 2666mhz module and a 3000mhz one...
