Catalyst Control Center won'w open after installing Windows 8.1
Fixed it by UN-installing everything AMD and restarting, (yet again). Downloaded and ran the AMD CleanUtility, (link below), then restarted, (yet again). Once the machine came to life again. I went straight to the AMDsite, proceeded to the drivers page, and downloaded the 14.7 beta driver pack...- wjester3

CCC Catalyst control center not opening in win 8.1 64-bit
I am having the same issue. I have looked at a few threads and have done everything they say./ Restore point from 2 days ago when this started. I downloaded the newest 14.4 and installed. It installed Gaming Evolved CRAP, had to restore to the day before that. (NBD). Downloaded fresh driver...- wjester3
