I dont plan on OC, will an unlocked processor be worth it

I have a PC I've been scraping together for a few months. I have the money coming in to finish buying the parts (CPU and Hard Drive). I'll mostly be using it for Graphic design and light gaming( LoL and a few Steam games I have) Parts list HERE I was wondering how the graphics cards I picked up...

So, I was price shopping and figured it would be cheaper to get a 64gb ssd for a boot drive and a separate 240gb ssd for programs with a hdd for storage. will this be hard to configure or problematic?

So in my build I've everything but storage figured out.(linked above) As this is a school computer I need large capacity but fast as well.the hybrid drives just don't seem to have enough cache for Photoshop and the rest of Adobe CC as well as windows and the few games I'll end up playing. so...

still looking for info on the HDD....Can a hybrid be defragged?
