I live in India and the we have 4 to 5 power cuts every day.So which cheap ups would you suggest for a corsair vs550 PSU? I don't need a long back up time as I have a backup power supply for my entire home .But it takes a few seconds to kick in and in this duration the computer would turn off.

Zotac gtx 970 strix 4gb ddr5.

How is this card? I couldn't find any reviews online. I am on a tight budget and this card is the cheapest .The zotac gtx 970 strix 4gb ddr5 is available for Rs 1200 more which is about another 20 dollars. Which one should I buy and is the zotac one worth it?

Should I get an i5 4440 with gtx 970 or an i5 4690k with gtx 960? Also would a 4440 lead to bottleneck?
